So far, all the monkey has to work with are vacant lib seats.
This is something that needs to be turned into a Conservative win in at least one case.

The worst long term aspect of the monkeys election was always in what he could do to the courts.
Second worse was useless dolts like cornyn on the front line of America's defence on the hill

The dread Scott court decision

President Obama is hoping Justices John Paul Stevens and Ruth Bader Ginsburg retire so he can fill two more court vacancies while Democrats still hold 57 seats (with a Socialist and an independent voting their way).

Call it the Scott Brown effect. The 60-seat majority looks like it will slim down to 55 next year.

Stevens is old. Ginsburg is ill. Both are liberals.
